小家庭各自安好
不要高估了血脈至親的個性，小時候大傢伙常常吵架，甚至打架，隔天就沒事了，一家人只要是分開了，不在同一口鍋里吃飯，就再也不是從前的那個狀態了，長大了遇到矛盾，誰也不服誰，演變成積怨，每個人都有不同的個性，姐妹兄弟血濃於水，是世上最親的人，沒有什麼事情，不能坐下來好好商量的，只要心中還有愛，矛盾雖然不能解決，至少可以擱置、緩一緩，畢竟姐妹兄弟沒有生活在一起，距離讓我們冷靜，起碼保持一份和平，緩解矛盾當下的壓力，姐妹兄弟之間的相處，再難也不會比職場人際關係難，我們習慣了把壞脾氣，留給最親的人，卻把體諒、包容給陌生人，倘若不能成為姐妹兄弟之間的定海神針，那就做好自己，少掉一些世俗，少掉一些利害，相處自然圓融。生活本來就是一半清醒一半醉，凡事看得糊塗一點，這樣才是人生大智慧。

兄弟姐妹，心思放在自己身上
我們常常把好臉色給外人，卻把壞的臉色給了家人，為了生活我們不得不低頭，主動和外人搞好關係，累了一天回家就只剩臭臉一張，更可怕的是，我們常常信了外人，卻不願意聽家人的解釋，外人一句無心話，卻讓我們覺得真實，讓心情更加難受，所有無心的話，都會在無形之中，戳中感情的軟肋，妯娌、婆媳、媳婦與小姑、女婿與岳父母等的矛盾都在所難免，傳聲筒的遊戲，大家都玩過，任務很簡單，一句話傳到最後，已然面目全非，「語言」是殺人於無形的刀，稍不留神良言成惡語，好意成咒罵，矛盾因此加劇，因此改變對姐妹兄弟的看法，慢慢把骨肉之情淡忘，女人天天盯著家務事，枕邊風是否有正能量，就會影響一個人對事情的態度，家庭矛盾只要分清內外，就容易解決了，姐妹兄弟多商量，少讓媳婦、女婿插手，免去人多嘴雜，記住！「好事要齊心協力，壞事要單獨交流。」這十分重要！當然，要維持住感情，除了血緣關係，還需要經常聯絡感情，經常打打電話，見個面，聊一聊各自的生活，偶爾再互相幫一幫，只有這樣經常來往，有感情上的互動，才能維持住感情。
